摘要
近10年来,无论是中国学术界还是业界都认识到智库对于国家战略、行业决策、社会发展有着重要作用。随着智库在中国社会的快速发展,中国特色新型演艺智库建设面临着前所未有的历史机遇,也迎来了最好的黄金发展时期。论文在梳理国内外智库建设的基础上,从理论上总结借鉴国内外智库运营的理论与实践经验,创新性地提出中国演艺智库组织构架的基本思路,提出演艺智库大数据平台、人才选拔、决策咨询、评估、成果推广、资金筹措、资源整合的中国演艺智库运营机制。总之,中国演艺智库将担负着为演艺产业管理建设提供决策方案,为演艺产业改革发展提供管理咨询,并从实践到理论上探索中国演艺产业发展规律等方面的重要任务。
Over the past decade,both academia and industry in China have recognized that think tanks play an essential role in national strategy,decision-making and social development.With the rapid growth of think tanks in China,the construction of a new type of think tank,a performing art think tank with Chinese characteristics,faces unprecedented historical opportunities and is in the best golden time to develop.Based on the case study of different types of theatre think tanks of performing art centres at home and abroad,the paper summarizes the theoretical and practical experience of how think tank functions.It creatively proposes the basic ideas of the organizational structure of performing arts think tanks in terms of innovative operation mechanism,talent cultivation,decision consultation,the evaluation process,promotion,fundraising,and resource integration.In short,China’s performing arts think tank will take on the essential task of providing decision-making solutions for managerial consulting,providing management consultation for the reform,and exploring the development of China’s performing arts industry from practical to theoretical perspectives.
