中国日本史研究主体性与学脉传承的再思考——重温邹有恒先生关于外国史研究的来信

Reconsideration of the Subjectivity and Academic Heritage of Chinese Japanese History Research——Revisiting Zou Youheng's Letter on the Study of Foreign History

进入新世纪,越来越多的日本古代史博士进入教学科研岗位,我国日本史研究侧重于近现代史而偏轻于古代史的布局发生变化,进入新阶段。与此同时,如何坚持中国日本史研究的主体性问题愈加凸显出来。本文以邹先生的两封信为例,说明老先生如何从中国日本史研究的一种倾向掩盖另一种倾向、一般性与特殊性关系、实事求是与联系实际等问题出发,强调中国学者要冲破苏联史学与日本史学的影响,在国际史坛上取得更多的发言权。为此,邹先生较早提出建立中国特色日本史研究体系的倡议。他认为,中国特色即探索中国对古代日本的影响、近代中日如何互动,要走自己的路子、提出自己的看法,而不是盲目地跟着跑。实际上,邹先生的以上论述,触及中国日本史研究的主体性与学脉传承等基本问题,其建立中国特色日本史研究体系的倡议影响深远。

In the new century,an increasing number of doctoral students specializing in Japanese ancient history in China have entered teaching and research positions.The focus of Chinese Japanese history research has shifted from ancient history to modern and contemporary history,marking a new phase.At the same time,the question of how to maintain the subjectivity of Chinese Japanese history research has become more prominent.This article takes two letters from Professor Zou Youheng as an example,illustrating how the esteemed scholar addresses issues such as the tendency to overshadow one aspect of foreign history research in Japan,the relationship between generality and specificity,pragmatism,and relevance to reality.Professor Zou emphasizes the need for Chinese scholars to break away from the influence of Soviet historiography and Japanese historiography,gaining more authority on the international stage.To achieve this,Professor Zou proposed early on the initiative to establish a Chinese characteristic research system for Japanese history.He believes that this involves exploring China's influence on ancient Japan,understanding the interactions between China and Japan in modern times,and advocating for an independent perspective rather than blindly following others.In essence,Professor Zou's discourse touches upon fundamental issues in Chinese Japanese history research,including subjectivity and academic heritage,especially the far-reaching impact of advocating for the establishment of a Chinese-characteristic research system for Japanese history.
