从家庭教育期望入手认识教育治理问题 被引量:7

Understanding Educational Governance Issues from the Perspective of Family Education Expectation

摘要 既有实证研究发现,中国家庭普遍具有较高的教育期望。随着社会经济和教育事业的发展,不同家庭的教育期望已经出现了明显的差异。家庭教育期望受到传统文化导向、经济约束条件、父母文化资本、学校师生环境、家庭人口结构等诸多因素的共同影响,是教育治理无法忽视的"需求侧"重要表征。现代社会中的教育政策很难直接支配单个家庭的行动,所谓"一放就乱,一管就死"的困境在于忽视了社会行动的变化规律。为了"办人民满意的教育",实现高质量的发展,教育治理应顺势而为,在深刻理解社会行动内在逻辑的基础上,把握家庭教育期望变化的规律,将功夫下在结构性因素的调整上,保护社会的生机与创造力。 Existing empirical studies have found that Chinese parents generally have high educational expectations.With the development of social economy and education,obvious differences in educational expectations among different families have emerged.Family education expectation is influenced by many factors,such as traditional culture,economic constraints,parents’cultural capital,schools’environment,family population structure,etc.It is also an important representation of the“demand side”that cannot be ignored in education governance.In the modern society,it is hard to manipulate the actions of a specific family directly by implementing educational policies.The dilemma of“loosen then disordered,control then suffocated”lies in ignoring the rules of social actions.In order to achieve high-quality development,education governance should take advantage of the trend,grasp the changing law of family education expectations on the basis of profound understanding of the logic of social actions,and make efforts to protect the vitality and creativity of the society by adjusting structural factors.
