摘要
20世纪,少年儿童组织作为一种"对待儿童的独特方式"而逐步兴起。与学校这一制度化设计相互结合,中国少年先锋队组织已然成为现代中国儿童教育的另一种制度化设计。中国少年先锋队的组织结构、组织文化、组织活动传承着红色基因,延续着光荣传统,儿童最早在这一组织中获得"接班人"的身份,"红领巾生活"深刻影响"接班人"的政治社会化进程。以改革促发展是许多社会组织做出的路径选择。少先队改革的"远景路线"主要在于践行集体教育理论,将少先队教育自下而上、由远及近地融入儿童的日常生活。
In the 20 th century,children’s organizations gradually emerged as a“unique way to treat children”.Combined with the institutional design of school,Chinese Young Pioneers had become another important institutional design for modern Chinese children education.Children first obtained the political identity of“successor”in Chinese Young Pioneers,whose organizational structure,organizational culture and organizational activities inherit the red gene,continue the honorable tradition and blend into“red scarf lives”,affecting the political socialization of“successor”.Promoting development through reform is the path by many social organizations.To reform the organization of Chinese Young Pioneers lies in the practice of collective education theory and the integration of Young Pioneers’education into children’s daily lives from the bottom to the top and from the far off to those close-by.
