从“知识本位”到“素养本位”——新中国中小学教科书编写的改革与发展研究 被引量:4

From “Knowledge-Based Mode” to “Competency-Based Mode”——A Study on the Reform and Development of Textbook Compilation for Primary and Secondary Schools in New China

摘要 与新中国基础教育课程改革相对应,中小学教科书编写的改革也呈现出一条从"学科知识"到"核心素养"的发展路向。它既是编者对全面深化基础教育课程改革的深刻诠释,也是基础教育课程改革从"知识本位"到"素养本位",即由知识学习向情感、态度、价值观、方法、能力等逐渐拓展的过程。面向教科书改革的未来,应进一步探索以"核心素养"发展为依归的教科书编写,构建以学习者为中心,统整设计学习内容,开放性设计学习活动的"素养本位"教科书。 Corresponding to the basic education curriculum reform in new China,the reform of textbook compilation in primary and secondary schools also presents a development path from"disciplinary knowledge"to"core competencies".It is not only the editor’s profound interpretation of comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform of basic education,but also the gradual expansion process of basic education curriculum reform from"knowledge-based mode"to"competency-based mode",that is,from knowledge acquisition to the development of emotion,attitude,value,method and ability development.Facing the future of the textbook reform,we should further explore the textbook compilation based on the development of"core competencies"and construct a"competency-based"textbook that focuses on learners,integrates subject content,optimizes arrangement system and designs open learning activities.
