摘要
从中国国情出发培养多层次老年介护福祉人才的研究已成为中国解决养老问题的重要内容。从职业选择角度来讲,中国老年介护福祉人才培养面临诸多困境,老年介护福祉人才培养体系的建立需要解决"谁来培养、培养标准、怎么培养"等问题。中国老年照护人才传统培养模式的本质问题是培养标准不明确,培养层次单一,培养质量不高;从"老年护理人才"到"老年介护福祉人才"是培养观念的转变。重视对老年介护福祉人才核心素质的养成教育,培养"医养结合"或"康养结合"的介护福祉人才,建立"产教融合"的介护福祉人才培养模式,是当前构建中国老年介护福祉人才培养体系应当重点解决的问题。
Based on Chinese national conditions,cultivation of welfare talents with different levels has become a crucial part in solving elderly care problems.However,there are many difficulties and issues within the talent cultivating system from the perspective of occupation choice.Thus,the standards and methods of talent cultivation are to be specified before the system is established.There are some basic problems in the traditional model of cultivating talents,such as the vagueness of cultivating standards,simple level and low qualify of cultivation.It will be a significant improvement to transform from"elderly nursing talent"to"elderly welfare talent".This paper points to several issues which establish the talent training model including paying more attention to talent core quality,training welfare talents for"combination of medical care"or"combination of health and nutrition"and establishing the"production-education integration"model.
