预制舱式站用电设备在500 k V变电站的应用

Application of prefabricated cabin station electrical equipment in 500 kV substation

随着模块化变电站建设模式的推广,常规500 kV变电站主变及其35 kV侧二次设备、直流柜等采用预制舱二次组合设备布置从“站用电小室”中分离出来。本文推荐将原小室中余下的站用电屏、备用站用变进线开关柜、备用站用变组成预制舱式站用电设备,实现工厂化加工,现场装配式安装,实现建筑设备化,提高标准化程度,降低工程造价。

With the promotion of modular substation construction mode,conventional 500 kV substation main transformer and 35 kV side secondary equipment,direct current cabinet adopts the prefabricated secondary combination equipment layout from the"station power room".This paper recommends the rest of the original chamber in the station power screen,standby station with variable into line switch cabinet,substation with variable prefabricated type station electrical equipment,achieving factory processing,on-site assembly installation,building towards equipment,improve the standardization degree,reduce the project cost.
