基于激光雷达产品的PCB设计规范

摘要 可制造性设计规范是电路板组件稳定量产关键技术能力,通过电路板的布局设计、布线设计、拼板设计、丝印、阻焊、测试点、追溯设计进行研究分析出产品的可制造性设计规范,提出一种合理的更贴近企业不同产品的可制造性评价体系的搭建,实现激光雷达产品的可生产性、可测试性、可维护性、可靠性,提升产品的品质及建立企业自身PCB设计规范的评价体系。 The design specification for manufacturability is the key technical capability for stable mass production of circuit board assemblies.The design specification for manufacturability of products is studied and analyzed through layout design,wiring design,jigsaw design,screen printing,welding resistance,test point and retrospective design of circuit boards.A reasonable construction of manufacturability evaluation system closer to different products of the enterprise is put forward.Realize the productivity,testability,maintainability and reliability of lidar products,improve the quality of products and establish the evaluation system of PCB design standards of enterprises.
