The design specification for manufacturability is the key technical capability for stable mass production of circuit board assemblies.The design specification for manufacturability of products is studied and analyzed through layout design,wiring design,jigsaw design,screen printing,welding resistance,test point and retrospective design of circuit boards.A reasonable construction of manufacturability evaluation system closer to different products of the enterprise is put forward.Realize the productivity,testability,maintainability and reliability of lidar products,improve the quality of products and establish the evaluation system of PCB design standards of enterprises.
