基于PLC的矿井低压柜漏电试验远方操作系统设计

摘要 本文设计了一种基于PLC的远方漏电试验操作系统,该系统能无缝接入现有煤矿供电集控系统,实现远方漏电试验操作的无人化,同时具备远方漏电故障复位、漏电操作试验结果提醒以及后台自动生成操作报表等功能,大大减少了煤矿供电工区漏电试验操作的工作任务,该系统在集团某下属煤矿供电工区得到了成功应用,取得了较好的使用效果。 This paper designs a remote leakage test on the far side of the operating system based on PLC,the system not only can seamlessly access to existing coal mine power supply control system, and can realize the remote leakage testing of unmanned operation, at the same time, have a distance leakage fault reset、the leakage test results remind、the background operation reports generated automatically and other functions, greatly reducing the leakage of coal mine power supply work area test operation of work tasks.The system has been successfully applied in the power supply work area of a coal mine subordinate to the Group, and has achieved good results.
