摘要
介绍了交指型腔体滤波器的设计步骤并分析其制作难点,并根据该步骤设计出一款通带为26GHz-30GHz的宽带带通滤波器。借助HFSS仿真软件进行建模仿真及迭代优化,最终得出此腔体滤波器结构的合理有效尺寸。结果显示滤波器实物在通带内电压驻波比、阻带内带外抑制良好,满足工程需求。
The steps and difficulties of designing Interdigital Cavity Filter were theoretically analyzed and a 26GHz-30GHz band-pass filter was realized through the steps mentioned earlier.The reasonable and effective sizes of the structure was achieved with the help of the simulation software HFSS.The result shows that the performance of the VSWR in the passband and the stopband suppression could fulfil the engineering requirements.
