文章描述了调整拉班舞谱(Labanotation)作为运动学步态的临床分析工具。步态分析(gait analysis)常见于运动生物力学(sports biomechanics)和复健科,旨在更有效地调动下肢,帮助人们走路和运动,并辨识与姿势或运动相关的问题。临床医师使用不同的符号和运动档案表格来记录步态分析,但尚未制定标准。拉班舞谱,作为世界通用动作记录的工具,可以记录步态分析时腿部和其关节部位的折屈运动、重心变化、腿部对称的动作以及时间和施力方向的应用,并提供了精确度和标准。但传统的拉班舞谱有固定的栏目记录主力腿和动力腿的动作,而病理性步态的临床分析需要记录关节各部位的细节,如髋关节、膝关节、踝关节和足部等,以及重心变化和外在支撑条件。因此,作者们建议扩大拉班舞谱谱表来配合分析步态病理性改变的要求。最后将拉班舞谱的信息输入电脑中,并根据电脑演算对相关拉班舞谱理论进行调整和修正。
This paper describes the adaptation of Labanotation as a tool for the clinical analysis of gait study in kinematics.Gait analysis has been used in sports biomechanics or therapy to assist individual’s walking and moving while engaging their lower limbs more efficiently.Through gait analysis it also identifies posture-related or movement-related problems.Clinicians have applied different notations and locomotor profiles to record gait analysis and no standardization has set in place.Labanotation,have been used as a tool documenting movement worldwide,can record legs and their joint displacements,weight transferences,symmetry,as well as timing and direction of force application in gait analysis.In addition,Labanotation provides precision and standardization.However,conventional Labanotation has its columns fixed for support and gesture legs.It does not satisfy the needs in recording individual joints,such as pelvis,knee,ankle,and foot,as well as weight transference and external support for pathological gait.Thus,the authors propose to expand Labanotation staff to meet the requirements of analyzing pathological changes in gait.Lastly,after inputting Labanotation information into the computer and accommodating the computer algorithm,adjustment and adaption of Labanotation theory must be made.
