构建中国特色的“非遗”舞蹈保护体系——“‘非遗’传统舞蹈生存现状研讨会”综述

Constructing a Protective System with Chinese Characteristics for Traditional Dance as Intangible Cultural Heritage A Summary of the Symposium on Current Condition of Traditional Dance as Intangible Cultural Heritage

2019年9月20—22日,由中国艺术研究院舞蹈研究所、云南艺术学院主办,云南艺术学院舞蹈学院承办的"‘非遗’传统舞蹈生存现状研讨会"在春城—云南昆明成功举办。此次研讨会对"非遗"传统舞蹈保护而言无疑是一次新征程,因为它突破地域局限,着眼全国,给予"非遗"舞蹈保护体系以多视角的宏观观照。同时,具有多样学科背景的与会专家、学者从自己丰富的实践经验和深厚的理论研究积淀出发,围绕中国"非遗"传统舞蹈的概念内涵、生存现状、保护传承、未来发展以及学科体系建构等相关问题展开了广泛而深入的探讨。大会一致认为:第一,应深化对"非遗"和"传统舞蹈"的认知,忌认识逻辑上的孤立或泛化;第二,文化多样性是保护的目的,保护是传承、发展的前提,整体保护、活态保护是可行的方法;第三",非遗"传统舞蹈的学术理论研究有了新思路、新方法和新格局。

A Symposium on Protecting Traditional Dance as Intangible Cultural Heritage,sponsored by the Dance Research Institute of Chinese National Academy of Arts and Yunnan Arts University,and organized by Dance Academy of Yunnan Arts University,was held in Kunming,Yunnan Province from September 20 to 22,2019.Representing a bold attempt to inspire efforts to preserve traditional dance,the symposium surpasses its geographical boundaries and takes a panoramic view from multiple perspectives.The participating scholars possess diverse academic backgrounds.Based on their practical experience and theoretical research,they were engaged in extensive and in-depth discussions on the concept,current conditions,protection efforts and effects,and future development of traditional dance as intangible cultural heritage,as well as academic system building on this subject.The symposium concluded that:first,we should clarify our understanding of"cultural heritage"and"traditional dance"to avoid conceptual isolation or generalization;second,cultural diversity is the goal of protecting cultural heritage,and protecting is a form of inheritance and the basis of further development,and overall and living-state protection is feasible;third,the symposium also proposed new ideas and new methodologies for academic research on traditional dance as intangible cultural heritage.
