In recent years,the advancement of multi-parametric magnetic resonance imaging(mpMRI)has propelled the progress of prostate biopsy technology,leading to the gradual adoption of mpMRI-transrectal ultrasound(TRUS)prostate biopsy as the predominant approach.This article presents an overview of the mpMRI-TRUS prostate biopsy program and explores the development of novel prostate techiques,analyzing their advantages and disadvantage.The aim is to provide future practitioners with a valuable reference.
