腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的手术入路分为经后腹腔和经腹腔两种方式,手术入路的选择与术者的技术水平、既往手术史、患者体型、肾周脂肪、肿瘤位置、肿瘤大小、肿瘤病理、肿瘤侧别、是否日间手术、是否合并其他疾病等因素密切相关。手术入路的选择将会对手术进程产生影响,鉴于此,本文对腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术手术入路的相关影响因素及选择策略做一综述。

Laparoscopic adrenalectomy is most commonly performed using the lateral transperitoneal approach and the posterior retroperitoneal approach.The selection of the method depends on surgical experience,operation history,patient anatomy,perirenal fat,tumor location,tumor diameter,histological type,tumor side,day surgery,complicated with other diseases.The objective of this article is to summarize the relevant influence factors and selection strategies of operating approach for laparoscopic adrenalectomy.
