图迈国产机器人辅助腹腔镜在泌尿外科手术中的安全性研究

Safety study of Toumai domestic robot-assisted laparoscopy in urology surgery

目的:评价国产手术机器人“图迈”在泌尿外科手术应用中的安全性和可行性。方法:回顾性分析2022年8月至9月长江大学附属第一医院泌尿外科接受国产手术机器人(图迈)辅助腹腔镜手术的20例患者,分析临床特征、术中和术后指标,以及术后随访9月结果。结果:20例患者均顺利完成手术,经后腹腔途径肾部分切除术1例中转腹腔镜手术,无中转开放手术。1例前列腺癌根治术中出血800 ml,1例脓肾切除患者术后伤口感染。均未发生Clavien≥Ⅱ级并发症,无器械相关并发症发生。住院期间无非计划重返二次手术,术后无非计划再次入院和死亡病例。结论:国产手术机器人“图迈”在泌尿外科手术应用中安全、可行。

Objective:To evaluate the safety and feasilility of the Toumai domestic surgical robot in clinical applications.Methods:A total of 20 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery assisted by domestic surgical robot(Tummax)in the Department of Urology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Yangtze University from August to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical characteristics,intraoperative and postoperative indicators,and postoperative follow-up results of 9 months were analyzed.Results:Among 20 cases,all the operations were successfulluy completed,1 case transfered to laparoscopic surgery through retroperitoneal partial nephrectomy,and no conversion to open surgery.One patient had 800ml hemorrhage during radical prostatic cancer resection and required intraoperative blood transfusion.One patient had wound infection after pyonephrectomy.There were no Clavien≥Ⅱcomplications and no device-related complications.There was no reoperation during hospitalization.All patients were discharged smoothly.There were no readmissions and deaths within 9 months after surgery.Conclusion:The domestic surgical robot Toumai are safe and feasible in the applications of urology surgery.
