精索静脉曲张微创治疗的现状及进展

Current status and progress of minimally invasive treatment for varicocele

精索静脉曲张是青年男性最常见的良性疾病之一,其主要危害是引起男性不育。微创手术是目前得到广泛认可的最有效治疗手段。但在手术适应证以及术式选择上仍存在较多争议。本文结合相关文献,对此展开综述。

Varicocele is one of the most common benign diseases in young men which induced male infertility.At present,minimally invasive surgery is the most effective treatment and widely acknowledged by clinicians.However,there are still many controversies about choice of indications and surgical methods.In this review,we aim to summarize the issues currently associated with varicocele treatment by using minimally invasive surgery.
