精囊镜在顽固性血精症中的临床应用

近年来,泌尿外科微创技术飞速进步,其中精囊镜作为男科界的代表,成为治疗顽固性血精症的新式武器,为男性健康带来福音。精囊镜是目前国际上最先进的精道微创手术,经过多年发展,已被证实具有诊断和治疗的双重价值。它不仅能在直视下对精道进行检查,而且能针对病因各个击破,疗效立竿见影,且并发症少,较非手术治疗更有优越性,在国内外应用日益广泛。在总结了国内外大量关于精囊镜的研究基础上,本文对精囊镜做一系统性概述。

Minimally invasive techniques in Urology have advanced rapidly in recent years,among which seminal vesiculoscopy as a representative of andrology,has become a new weapon for the treatment of intractable hemospermia,bringing good news to male health.As the most advanced minimally invasive surgery of the seminal vesicle in the world,seminal vesicleoscopy has been proved to have dual value of diagnosis and treatment after years of development.It can not only inspect the spermatic canal under direct vision,but also can break down each cause of the disease.The curative effect is immediate,and the complications are less.On the basis of summarizing a large number of researches on seminal vesicles at home and abroad,this paper makes a systematic overview of seminal vesicles.
