肾异位于胸腔合并输尿管结石1例并文献复习

Renal ectopic thoracic cavity complicated with ureteral calculi: a case report and literature review

异位肾是一种肾脏畸形,最常见的是盆腔肾,胸肾是最少见的类型。本文报道了1例罕见的右侧胸肾合并右侧输尿管中段结石患者,经给予输尿管镜碎石术后疗效明显,患者满意度高。并且结合该病例对相关文献复习,从而为临床胸肾及相关并发症的诊治提供依据。

Ectopic kidney is a renal malformation,the most common is the pelvic kidney,and the thoracic kidney is the most rare type. This paper reports a rare case of right thoracic kidney complicated with right middle ureteral calculi. After ureteroscopic lithotripsy,the curative effect was obvious and the patient satisfaction was high.The relevant literature was reviewed in combination with this case,so as to provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical thoracic kidney and related complications.
