双J管附壁结石研究进展简述

Progress in the study of double J-tube wall-attached stones

双J管是泌尿外科手术后常用器材之一,其临床作用值得肯定,但是其在临床使用过程中会产生一系列的并发症,尤其双J管附壁结石是常见且较为严重的并发症。现就双J管附壁结石的形成机制、影响因素、附壁结石的预防等进行详细的综述,并对术后拔管困难的问题进行分析,且对双J管新材料的发展趋势进行展望。

Double J-tube is one of the commonly used devices after urological surgery.Its clinical effect is worthy of affirmation,but it will produce a series of complications in clinical use,especially the double J-tube wall stone is a common and serious complication.In this paper,the formation mechanism,influencing factors and prevention of double-J tube wall stones are described in detail,and the difficult problem of extubation after operation is comprehensively analyzed.At the same time,the prospect of new materials for double-J tube is expressed.
