摘要
本文设计了一款毫米波宽带超表面MIMO天线。基于特征模分析设计了宽带超表面天线单元,从而使其组成的MIMO天线具有宽带特性。为了改善天线的隔离度,在天线单元之间引入了金属化通孔以及隔离金属条带。天线整体仅使用了一层介质基板,通过同轴探针进行馈电,结构简单且易于集成,具有低剖面的优点。仿真结果显示,在21.3~31GHz(37%)频段内,天线匹配良好,隔离度不低于20dB,并且带内最高可实现增益可达8.1dBi。
A wideband MIMO antenna using metasurface for millimeter wave(mm-wave)application is proposed in this paper.A wideband metasurface antenna element is designed based on characteristic mode analysis(CMA)to make the MIMO antenna composed of them have wideband characteristics.In order to improve the isolation of the antenna,metalized vias and isolated metal strips are introduced between the antenna elements.Only one substrate is used in the proposed antenna,which is fed by a coaxial probe,so the structure is simple and easy to be integrated.Further,it has the advantage of low profile.Simulation results show that in the 21.3~31GHz(37%)band,the antenna is well matched,the interport isolation is not less than 20dB,and the highest in-band realized gain can reach 8.1dBi.
