摘要
本文对太赫兹波段下典型目标的电磁散射算法问题进行研究。该算法采用射线弹跳法(SBR),主要分为建模,剖分,面散射计算,物理光学的积分求和,和计算雷达散射截面积(RCS)五个步骤,得出目标散射体在太赫兹波段下RCS随观察角的变化曲线,并利用CST仿真软件设置相同的条件来验证算法的正确性。最后,本文探究了太赫兹波段下和微波波段下散射体的特性,深入讨论在不同波段目标物体的散射场特点。
In this paper,the electromagnetic scattering algorithm of typical targets in the terahertz band is studied.The algorithm adopts the Shooting and Bouncing Ray(SBR)method,which is mainly divided into five steps:modeling,subdivision,surface scattering calculation,integral summation of physical optics,and the calculation of Radar Cross Section(RCS).Then,the curve of RCS of target scatterer with observation angle in terahertz band is obtained,and the correctness of the algorithm is verified by setting the same conditions with CST simulation software.Finally,this paper explores the characteristics of scatterers in the terahertz band and microwave band,and discusses the characteristics of scattering fields of target objects in different bands.
