摘要
基于等效电路法,本文利用准集总元件结构设计了一款工作于毫米波波段的单层宽带频率选择表面。该结构基于LC并联谐振电路设计,其中利用渐变弯折线实现准集总电感,平面缝隙结构实现准集总电容。该结构具有良好的小型化特性,单元尺寸仅为0.064λ_(0),其中λ_(0)为谐振频率对应的自由空间波长。仿真结果表明该结构相对带宽可达到50.86%,且对0~60°的入射角度以及TE、TM极化模式均呈现较好的稳定性,该设计具有结构简单、小型化、双极化、大角度稳定和宽带特性。
In this paper,based on the equivalent circuit method,a single-layer broadband frequency selective surface operating in the millimeter-wave band is designed by using a quasi-lumped element structure.The structure is designed based on an LC parallel resonant circuit,in which the quasi-lumped inductor is realized by a meander line and the quasi-lumped capacitor is realized by a planar slot structure.The structure has good miniaturization,and the cell size is only 0.064λ_(0),where λ_(0) is the wavelength corresponding to the operating frequency in free space.The simulation results show that the relative bandwidth of the structure is 50.86%,and the performance of the structure is stable under both TE and TM polarization for the incidence angle up to 60°.The design has broadband,simple structure,good miniaturization,angular and polarization stability.
