摘要
本文介绍了一种开关矩阵SiP的集成方案、电路设计及测试结果。基于高密度集成的射频SiP集成方式,通过场路结合的半实物的仿真设计方法,实现了4路信号的功分、通道选择、放大以及增益控制,2路信号的任意路由输出的小型化开关路由产品。产品体积为21mm×13.5 mm×3.8 mm,工作频段覆盖了2~18 GHz。该开关路由SiP已应用于多项工程课题,为实现超宽带小型化多通道任意信号路由的工程化应用提供了一种有效的解决方法。
A switch matrix SiP is proposed in this paper.Its integration scheme,circuit design and test results are described and discussed.Based on the RF SiP integration mode of high density integration and the simulation design method of field and circuit combination,the miniaturized switching routing product of power division,channel selection,amplification and gain control of 4 signals and arbitrary route output of 2 signals is realized.The product volume is 21mm×13.5mm×3.8mm,and the working frequency band covers 2~18 GHz.This switch routing SiP has been applied to many engineering projects,and provides an effective solution to realize the engineering application of UWB miniaturized multi-channel arbitrary signal routing.
