摘要
无线通信系统中,滤波器用于滤除带外干扰信号,功分器用于实现将一路信号分成多路信号,二者广泛应用于射频/微波系统的接收之路前端。滤波功分器作为新型功能融合性器件,可以同时实现频率选择和功率分配的功能,并且能显著减小器件尺寸。本文对滤波功分器设计进行了研究,基于枝节加载谐振器设计了两款双频滤波功分器,滤波功分器采用了四个枝节加载谐振器以替代传统Wilkinson功分器的两段四分之一波长传输线,实现了双通带响应。引入了三个传输零点,两个通带内回波损耗都优于20dB,实际插入损耗小于1dB,隔离度优于10dB,仿真结果良好。
In wireless communication systems,filters are used to filter out of band interference signals,and power splitters are used to divide a signal into multiple signals.The two are widely used in the front-end of the receiving path in RF/microwave systems.As a new type of functional fusion device,the filter power divider can simultaneously achieve frequency selection and power distribution functions,and can significantly reduce device size.This article studies the design of a filter power divider,and designs two dual frequency filter power divider based on Stub-Loaded Resonator.The filter power divider uses four Stub-Loaded Resonators to replace the two quarter wavelength transmission lines of traditional Wilkinson power divider,achieving dual passband response.Three transmission zeros have been introduced,and the return loss within both passbands is better than 20dB.The actual insertion loss is less than 1dB,and the isolation degree is better than 10dB.The simulation results are good.
