摘要
设计了一种直线型Ka频段矩形双模波导滤波器,通过将TE;模和TE;模的两个双模腔级联,实现了四阶两传输零点的频率响应。仿真结果表明:该滤波器在通带27.85~28.2GHz内的功率大于2300W,中心频率插入损耗小于0.3 dB,带内回波损耗小于-20 dB,带外150 MHz处抑制大于20 dB,电气长度小于28 mm。同时,还给出了与传统单模(TE101)滤波器相比的优劣势,对毫米波滤波器设计具有一定的参考价值。
A in-line Ka band rectangular dual-mode waveguide filter is designed.By cascading two dual-mode cavities of TE;mode and TE;mode,the frequency response of four order two transmission zeros is achieved.The simulation results show that the power of the filter is more than 2300 W in the passband of 27.85-28.2 GHz,the insertion loss of the center frequency is less than 0.3 dB,and the return loss in the passband is less than-20 dB,the rejection at 150 MHz passband is more than 20 dB,and the electrical length is less than 28 mm.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages compared with the traditional single-mode(TE101)filter are also given,which has a certain reference value for the design of millimeter wave filter.
