摘要
本文设计了一款新型超宽带Butler矩阵,采用以Sinc函数为基础构造的水滴型耦合贴片,实现了110%的相对带宽。在2~7 GHz的频带内,Butler矩阵各端口的回波损耗及隔离度均大于10 dB,传输系数在-5.5~-8.8 dB之间,相位起伏在±13°左右。相比于传统的单层结构,本设计节省了两个交叉结,实现了小型化设计。
In this paper,a new ultra-wideband Butler matrix has been proposed.A water droplet type coupling patch based on Sinc function is adopted to realize a relative bandwidth of 110%,The return loss and isolation of each port of Butler matrix are greater than 10 dB in the band of 2 to 7 GHz,the transmission coefficient is-5.5 to-8.8 dB,and the phase fluctuation is about±13 degrees.Compared with the traditional single-layer structure,this design saves two cross junctions to realize the miniaturization.
