摘要
将滤波器与功分器集成为滤波功分器(FPD)是小型化系统发展的趋势。本文基于基片集成波导(SIW)技术,通过在双层SIW圆腔中间金属层上开多个三角窗,并在第二层SIW圆腔放置SMA接口,实现了滤波功分功能。这种设计没有在径向引入额外尺寸,大小仅有0.51λ_(0)^(2)。使用HFSS进行了仿真和优化,仿真结果表明,该FPD在中心频率9 GHz处,额外的损耗只有0.15 dB,从11.6 GHz到29.8 GHz阻带衰减优于20 dB。
The integration of filter and power divider into filtering power divider(FPD)is the development trend of miniaturization system.In this paper,based on the substrate-integrated waveguide(SIW)technology,the FPD is realized by opening multiple triangle windows in the middle metal layer of the double-layer SIW cavity and placing SMA interfaces in the second layer of the SIW cavity.This design does not introduce additional dimensions in the radial direction,and the size is only 0.51λ_(0)^(2).HFSS is used to optimize the model.The simulation results show that the additional loss of the FPD is only 0.15 dB at the center frequency of 9 GHz,and the stopband attenuation from 11.6 GHz to 29.8 GHz is better than 20 dB.
