摘要
本文基于耦合线设计了一种无磁微带环形器。通过将静态谐振器和时空调制谐振器耦合,实现非互易传输和阻抗匹配的特性。利用理论公式和电路仿真研究了该环形器的导通带宽以及隔离带宽与中心频率以及耦合线的耦合度关系。通过仿真设计,环形器的3 dB导通带宽为83 MHz(1011~1093 MHz),20dB隔离带宽为20 MHz(1045~1065 MHz)。
In this paper,a non-magnetic microstrip circulator is designed based on coupled lines.By coupling the static resonator with the space-time modulated resonator,the characteristics of non-reciprocal transmission and impedance matching are realized.The relationships between the conduction bandwidth and isolation bandwidth of the circulator and the center frequency and the coupling degree of the coupling lines are studied by the theoretical formula and circuit simulation.The simulation results shows that,the 3 dB conduction bandwidth of the circulator is 83 MHz(1011-1093 MHz),and the 20 d B isolation bandwidth is 20 MHz(1045-1065 MHz).
