摘要
本文基于基片集成波导设计了一种具有高隔离度的滤波双工器。通过优化设计两个信道滤波器的耦合矩阵,实现了无需阻抗匹配结构的高隔离双工器。电路实测表明,两个通带的中心频率分别在8.97 GHz和9.94 GHz,带宽分别为550 MHz和650 MHz,在两个通带内的隔离均大于42.6 dB。本文提出的双工器设计方法具有结构简单,尺寸小以及高隔离的优点。
Based on Substrate-Integrated Waveguide,a diplexer with high isolation characteristic is designed.By optimizing the couple matrix of the two channel filters,the diplexer with high isolation and without any impedance matching network is realized.Circuit measurement results indicate the center frequencies of the two passbands are 8.97 GHz and 9.94 GHz,and the bandwidths of them are 550 MHz and 650 MHz.The isolation in both passbands is greater than 42.6 dB.The proposed diplexer in this paper has the advantages of simple structure,small size and high isolation.
