摘要
针对电动汽车电机驱动系统的电磁环境问题进行了理论分析,搭建了电机驱动系统及其电磁干扰测试平台,结合测试结果对电机驱动系统的电磁干扰源进行了分析,并提出了电磁干扰抑制整改方案,整改测试结果表明整改后的电机驱动系统的电磁干扰符合GB/T18655-2018等级3的限值要求,证明了文中所给整改测试方案行之有效。
The electromagnetic environment problems of electric vehicle motor drive system are analyzed theoretically.At the same time,the electromagnetic interference test platform of motor drive system is built.Combined with the test results,the electromagnetic interference source of the drive system is analyzed,and the rectification scheme of electromagnetic interference suppression is proposed.The test results show that the electromagnetic interference of the motor drive system after rectification conforms to GB/T 18655-2018 Level 3 limit requirements,which proves that the proposed rectification test scheme is effective.
