基于双螺旋谐振单元和缺陷地的增益均衡器

摘要 提出了一种新的均衡器,通过在微带线接地板上蚀刻双螺旋谐振器图案,构成缺陷地结构,具有与正面加载谐振枝节类似的选频效果和调节方式。定量分析了图案尺寸和位置对均衡量,陷波频率的影响方式。设计的均衡器单元(0.75mm×1.6mm)在Ka波段均衡量达到3.4dB,回波损耗优于9.6dB,具有明显的小型化优势。 A new design project about equalizer cell is proposed,which uses defected ground structure(DGS)with double spiral resonators(DSRs)pattern etched.The features of frequency selection and equalization quantity are similar to the structure without DGS.The designed equalizer cell achieves the equalization quantity of 3.4 dB and return loss better than 9.6 dB,while area is 0.75 mm×1.6 mm.
