摘要
设计了一种多通道毫米波上、下变频组件,包含一路上变频链路和四路下变频链路。该组件采用微组装技术提高了模块集成度,实现了模块的小型化。文中对主要的射频过渡结构进行了仿真分析,优化了射频性能。同时,为了提升组件内部多通道间的隔离度,设计过程中对不同通道进行了分腔隔离,有效提升了通道间的隔离度,实际测得通道间隔离度>60dB。测试结果表明,该多通道毫米波上、下变频组件满足指标要求。
One kind of multichannel millimeter-wave up/down converter module has been designed in this paper.It contains one down converter channel and four up converter channels.Micro-assembly is adopted in this module to improve the integration and realize the miniaturization of the module.In this paper,the main RF transition structure is simulated and analyzed to optimize the RF transmission performance.To improve the isolation of the different channels,the channels are shielded by cavities.The measured isolation between different channels is bigger than 60 dB.The measured result shows that the multichannel millimeter-wave up/down converter module meets the design requirements.
