摘要
本文实现了一种高性能小型化W波段变频接收前端。模块采用了一次混频的方式,将W波段射频信号下变频至S波段。本振采用八倍频方案将X波段信号倍频至W波段,并在本振和射频端分别加入窄带滤波器提升本振隔离和镜频抑制。测试结果表明:本文研制的W波段接收前端模块在93~94GHz范围内增益大于20dB,噪声系数小于4dB。
This paper proposes a high-performance miniaturized W-band receiving front-end.The module down-converts the W-band signal to the S-band through a mixer chip.The local oscillator uses an eight-fold frequency multiplier to multiply the X-band signal to W-band.Narrow-band filters are used after the local oscillator and RF port to improve the isolation and image frequency suppression.The test results of W band integrated front-end shows that the receive gain is larger than 20 dB and the noise figure is less than 4 dB during 93-94 GHz.
