摘要
宽带功率放大器是射频前端收发系统的重要组成部分,是信号传输的通道,其性能直接影响整个系统。文中研制了一款工作在5~18GHz的宽带功率放大器模块,将工作在该波段的功率放大器设计理论工程化,并制作出相应的实物。对宽带功率放大器的关键技术,包括宽带功放的方案设计、元件选择、直流偏置电路、射频电路等进行了分析论证,进行了关键部件的仿真优化,绘制了对应的版图和封装腔体,最终对电路进行加工测试,实现了在5~18GHz的波段增益达到16dB。
The broadband power amplifier is an important part of the RF front-end transceiver system and the channel for signal transmission.Its performance directly affects the entire system.In this paper,a broadband power amplifier module working in 5-18 GHz is developed,and the design theory of the power amplifier working in this band is engineered,and the corresponding physical objects are produced.The key technologies of the broadband power amplifier,including the design of the broadband power amplifier,component selection,DC bias circuit,RF circuit,etc.are analyzed and demonstrated,the key component simulation optimization is carried out,the corresponding layout and the package cavity are drawn,made and tested,and eventually a gain of 16 dB in the 5-18 GHz band is obtained.
