邱氏粗细针法治疗颈源性头痛急性期的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Acute Stage of Cervicogenic Headache by Qiu's Acupuncture

目的:观察邱氏粗细针法治疗颈源性头痛急性期的临床疗效。方法:将符合研究标准的62例患者按照随机数表法分成治疗组和对照组,各31例。两组均予以毫针针刺,治疗组采用邱氏粗细针法治疗,对照组应用普通针法治疗,均治疗2周。分别于治疗前后分析比较两组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、颈痛量表(NPQ)评分和中医证候评分,并分别比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.32%(28/31),优于对照组的74.19%(23/31),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分、NPQ评分和中医证候评分,与治疗前相比有明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组治疗后的VAS和NPQ评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:邱连利教授独创的粗细针法治疗颈源性头痛急性期临床疗效显著,可明显改善头痛症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiu’s acupuncture in the treatment of acute cervicogenic headache.Methods:62 patients who met the study criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=31)and control group(n=31).Both groups were treated with filiform acupuncture,the treatment group was treated with Qiu’s acupuncture,and the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),neck pain scale(NPQ)and TCM syndrome were analyzed and compared between the two groups,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.32%(28/31),which was better than that of the control group(74.19%,23/31).There was statistically significance difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,NPQ score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.There was statistically significance difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was statistically significance difference of the VAS and NPQ socres of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiu’s acupuncture method created by Qiu Lianli,a famous traditional Chinese medicine,is effective in the treatment of cervicogenic headache in acute stage,and can significantly improve the symptoms of headache.
