柴芍六君子汤合半夏泻心汤加减对糖尿病患者血糖水平和临床症状的影响

Effect of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction and Banxia Xiexin Decoction on Blood Glucose Level and Clinical Symptoms in Patients with Diabetes Mellitu

目的:探究糖尿病应用柴芍六君子汤合半夏泻心汤加减治疗对血糖水平及临床症状的影响,评估该治疗方式的应用价值,为临床推广提供参考。方法:根据治疗方式将符合条件的63例糖尿病患者分为两组,试验组32例行柴芍六君子汤与半夏泻心汤加减合用治疗方式,对照组31例行二甲双胍药物治疗方式,对比两组干预治疗效果及远期疗效。结果:干预前,两组血糖水平(Hb A1c、2 h PG及FPG)和胰岛β细胞功能(FINS和HOMA-β)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,与对照组比,试验组血糖水平均显著偏低(P<0.05),胰岛β细胞功能显著偏高(P<0.05)。与对照组比,试验组中医症状评分(水谷不消、肠鸣下利、倦怠乏力、呕恶纳呆、便溏)显著偏低(P<0.05),各方面生活质量评分(身体健康、心理应对、生活障碍、生活满意度和积极影响)显著偏高(P<0.05)。试验组临床总有效28例,占比87.5%,明显高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.709,P=0.017<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生2例,占比6.3%,明显低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.510,P=0.034<0.05)。结论:柴芍六君子汤与半夏泻心汤加减两药合用可减轻糖尿病临床症状,降低血糖水平,提高胰岛β细胞功能,提升生活质量,降低不良反应,适合临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction on blood glucose level and clinical symptoms of diabetes,and evaluate the application value of this treatment,so as to provide reference for clinical promotion.Methods:According to the mode of treatment,63 patients with diabetes were divided into two groups.32 patients in the experimental group were treated with Chaishao Liujunzi decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction,and 31 patients in the control group were treated with metformin.The intervention effects and long-term effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in blood glucose level(Hb A1c,2 h PG and FPG)and islet function(FINS and HOMA-β)between the two groups(P>0.05),but after intervention,compared with the control group,the blood glucose level in the experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.05)and the islet function was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM symptom scores of the experimental group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The scores of all aspects of quality of life(physical health,psychological coping,life disorder,life satisfaction and positive influence)were significantly higher(P<0.05).The experimental group was clinically effective in 28 cases,accounting for 87.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=5.709,P=0.017<0.05).Adverse reactions occurred in 2 cases in the experimental group,accounting for 6.3%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.510,P=0.034<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction can reduce the clinical symptoms of diabetes,reduce the level of blood glucose,improve the function of islet cells,improve the quality of life and reduce adverse reactions,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
