黄芪益气汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病大血管病变(气阴两虚)的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Huangqi Yiqi Decoction Combined with Atto Vastatin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic Macroangiopathy(Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin)

目的:探讨黄芪益气汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病大血管病变(气阴两虚)的临床效果。方法:选取2022年3月~2023年3月我院气阴两虚型2型糖尿病大血管病变患者110例,根据随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各55例。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组服用阿托伐他汀,研究组在对照组基础上加用黄芪益气汤。比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、糖脂代谢指标及血管内皮功能。统计两组治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、一氧化氮(NO)水平升高,且研究组以上指标变化幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未发生恶心呕吐、头痛、头晕、肝肾功能损害等不良反应。结论:黄芪益气汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病大血管病变(气阴两虚)效果显著,可有效缓解症状,改善糖脂代谢,减轻血管内皮功能障碍,且安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi Yiqi decoction combined with Atto vastatin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy(deficiency of both qi and yin).Methods:A total of 110 patients with type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy with deficiency of both qi and yin in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into study group(n=55)and control group(n=55).Both groups were given basic treatment,the control group was treated with Atto vastatin,and the study group was treated with Huangqi Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,TCM syndrome score,glucose and lipid metabolism index and vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment was calculated.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),serum endothelin(ET)-1,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)decreased,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and nitric oxide(NO)increased.The change range of the above indexes in the study group was greater than that in the study group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,headache,dizziness,damage of liver and kidney function and so on.Conclusion:Huangqi Yiqi decoction combined with Atto vastatin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy(defi-ciency of both qi and yin).It can effectively relieve symptoms,improve glucose and lipid metabolism,reduce vascular endothelial dysfunction,and has high safety.
