基于激痛点理论探讨针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的研究进展

Research progress of needle knife for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on the theory of myofascial trigger points

神经根型颈椎病是临床常见的一种类型,本文从针刀疗法和激痛点理论出发,查阅文献资料,探讨基于激痛点理论的小针刀松解术治疗神经根型颈椎病的辨位定点方法,并总结神经根型颈椎病的激痛点分布规律及分布特点,包括疼痛点、阳性反应点、条索结节、肌肉起止点、特殊骨突部位以及超声协助定位诊断和关联性激痛点的使用,突出激痛点辨位定点针刀术治疗神经根型颈椎病的优势,为今后神经根型颈椎病的针刀辨位定点选择提供客观依据。

Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy is a common type in clinic.Based on the theory of acupotomy and myofascial trigger points,this paper discusses the method of positioning of small acupotomy lysis for cervical spondylosis radiculopathy based on the theory of myofascial trigger points,and summarizes the distribution law and distribution characteristics of myofascial trigger points of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy,including:pain points,positive reaction points,cord nodules,muscle start and end points,special bone process parts,as well as ultrasound-assisted positioning diagnosis and the use of related myofascial trigger points,highlighting the advantages of acupotomy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy.It provides an objective reference for the selection of the positioning point of the needle knife for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the future.
