房颤作为最常见的心律失常之一,近年来,发病率越来越高,发病机制不够明确,治疗不够高效完善,从而降低了生活质量,危害生命安全。因此,认识房颤的发病机制和治疗方式方法具有非常重要的意义。本文从中西医角度分析房颤的发病机制和治疗,总结各位医家对房颤的经验认识和试验成果,为房颤的诊疗进行概括。

Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmias.In recent years,the incidence of atrial fibrillation is increasing.The pathogenesis is not clear enough,the treatment is not efficient and perfect enough,which reduces the quality of life of people and seriously endangers people's life safety.Therefore,a clear understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment of atrial fibrillation is of great significance.This article analyzes the pathogenesis and treatment of AF from the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine,summarizes the experience and experimental results of doctors on AF,and makes a clear summary for the diagnosis and treatment of AF.
