刺血疗法治疗肢体麻木的研究进展

Research progress of pricking-blood therapy for limb numbness

麻木是指肌肤知觉消失,不知痛痒,归属中医“痹证”“中风”等范畴。病因复杂,颈椎病变、腰椎病变、脑血管病变,糖尿病周围神经病变等是其常见原因,多为神经损伤及血管损伤所致。中医刺血疗法,古称刺血络,是指使用特定的针具刺破人体体表局部或特定腧穴,使其出血,是治疗疾病的一种方法,对于刺血疗法治疗肢体麻木研究,目前并不多,本文总结刺血疗法治疗肢体麻木的研究进展,期望为研究提供参考。

Numbness is the loss of skin perception and ignorance of pain and itching.It is classified as arthralgia syndrome and stroke in traditional Chinese medicine.The cause or origin of the disease is complex.Most cases involve nerve injury and vascular injury,including cervical spondylosis,lumbar spondylopathy,cerebrovascular disease,and diabetic neuropathy.Due to our deficient understanding of the disease's causation,effective treatment is limited and urgently needed.Our previous clinical practice showed that pricking-blood therapy(PBT)might relieve limb numbness.PBT is the use of acupuncture needles to penetrate through patients’skin and bleed at strategic points.However,very few studies have investigated the potential correlation between this treatment and numbness.In this study,we evaluated the effect of PBT on limb numbness and and highlighted the new treatment.
