复方黄龙汤治疗腰椎术后便秘临床研究

Clinical study on postoperative constipation of Lumbar vertebrae treated with compound Huanglong decoction

目的:观察应用复方黄龙汤治疗腰椎术后便秘的临床效果。方法:选取我院2019年12月—2021年12月腰椎术后便秘患者94例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组47例。对照组给予开塞露塞肛治疗,试验组给予复方黄龙汤治疗,观察两组治疗后排便情况、停药后复发情况、不良反应。结果:试验组和对照组有效率分别为91.5%(43/47)、68.1%(32/47),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药后治疗组复发率较对照组低。结论:口服复方黄龙汤能够有效治疗腰椎术后便秘,减轻痛苦,促进术后恢复,效果明显优于开塞露塞肛,而且见效快,安全性高,不良反应小。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound Huanglong decoction in the treatment of postoperative lumbar constipation.Methods:94 cases of postoperative lumbar constipation in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=47)and experimental group(n=47).The control group was treated with Kaisailu and the experimental group was treated with compound Huanglong decoction.The defecation,recurrence and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 91.5%(43/47)and 68.1%(32/47),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After drug withdrawal,the treatment group was less likely to relapse than the control group.Conclusion:Oral compound Huanglong decoction can effectively treat lumbar postoperative constipation,reduce pain and promote postoperative recovery,and the effect is obviously better than that of Kaisailu anal plug,and it has the advantages of quick effect,high safety and little adverse reaction.
