基于Citespace的丹毒中医药研究知识图谱可视化分析

Visual Analysis of knowledge Graph of erysipelas in traditional Chinese Medicine based on Citespace

目的:围绕丹毒中医药研究开展系统的文献计量和可视化分析,探索该领域的发展状况、研究热点和前沿动态。方法:计算机检索中国知网,检索时限为2001年1月1日—2021年12月31日,收集已发表的丹毒中医药研究文献。应用CiteSpace 5.5.R2软件对纳入文献进行关键词、作者、机构的共现分析,绘制可视化图谱。结果:共获得1081条题录,经筛选纳入594篇。通过可视化分析发现3个小规模团队,分别为黄玮宏、朱永康、阙华发等的研究团队。研究机构主要来自天津中医药大学、江苏省中医院、山东中医药大学。研究的热点集中在临床研究和医家经验研究方面。结论:丹毒中医药研究虽然形成了一定数量的团队和机构,但核心研究者发文量较少,同时也缺乏多机构广泛合作。中医药治疗丹毒方式多样,临床可根据实际情况选择治疗方案,尤其在外治法方面,具有简便廉验、安全性高等特点和优势,值得临床推广,也是未来丹毒中医药研究发展的趋势。

Objective:To carry out systematic bibliometrics and visual analysis around the research of erysipelas in traditional Chinese medicine,and to explore the development status,research hotspots and frontier trends in this field.Methods:The China knowledge Network was searched by computer from January 1,2001 to December 31,2021,and the published literature on erysipelas was collected.The CiteSpace5.5.R2 software was used to analyze the co-occurrence of keywords,authors and institutions,and draw a visual map.Results:A total of 1081 titles were obtained and 594 were selected.Through visual analysis,it is found that there are three small-scale teams,namely Huang Weihong,Zhu Yongkang and que Huafa.The research institutions are mainly from Tianjin University of traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine and Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The focus of research focuses on clinical research and physician experience research.Conclusion:Although the research of erysipelas traditional Chinese medicine has formed a certain number of teams and institutions,the number of articles published by the core researchers is less,and there is also a lack of extensive cooperation among multi-institutions.Traditional Chinese medicine has a variety of ways to treat erysipelas,and the clinic can choose the treatment plan according to the actual situation,especially in the aspect of external treatment,which has the characteristics and advantages of simple and inexpensive test and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion,and is also the trend of the research and development of erysipelas in the future.
