中医药防治白癜风研究概况

General situation of Research on Prevention and treatment of Vitiligo with traditional Chinese Medicine

白癜风是一种常见的后天色素脱失性皮肤疾病,中医属于“白癜”“白驳风”“斑驳”“白蚀”范畴。现代医学认为该病病因复杂,发病机制尚不完全清楚。但中医学认为白癜风发病与多种病因相关,主要病机为气血失和,病位在皮,与五脏相关,与肝、脾、肾联系密切。临床中医治疗首先应确定发病的病因病机,确定发病的类型、阶段,辨证用药治疗。本文从白癜风病名、病因病机、中医辨证论治、中药外治法等方面,总结白癜风的中医临床治疗情况。

Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmented skin disease.Traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the category of"purpura","white barge wind","mottled"and"white erosion".Modern medicine believes that the etiology of the disease is complex,and the pathogenesis is not completely clear.However,traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of vitiligo is related to a variety of etiology,the main pathogenesis is the disharmony of qi and blood,the disease is located in the skin,related to the five internal organs,and closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney.Clinical TCM treatment should first determine the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,determine the type and stage of the disease and use drugs based on syndrome differentiation.This paper summarizes the TCM clinical treatment of vitiligo from the aspects of disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
