经方寒热并用法治疗糖尿病肾病初探

A preliminary study on the combination of Cold and Heat in the treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

糖尿病肾病的病因病机十分复杂,寒热错杂、寒多热少的证治分型较为典型,寒热并用法是临床上治疗该证常用的一种方法。经方一般是指《伤寒论》中的方剂,虽然药味简单,但因其切中病机彰显疗效。通过临床实践发现经方对糖尿病肾病中医辨证分型属寒热错杂型患者疗效显著,能有效减轻症状,提高生活质量。本研究主要探讨寒热并用法代表方剂乌梅丸、柴胡桂枝干姜汤、瓜蒌瞿麦丸的组方规律及临床应用,以达到指导辨证、合理用药的目的。

The etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy are very complex,and the syndrome and treatment types of mixed cold and heat,more cold and less heat are more typical.The combination of cold and heat is a common method for the clinical treatment of this syndrome.The classical prescription generally refers to the prescription in the Treatise on febrile Diseases.Although the taste of the medicine is simple,it shows the curative effect because it cuts into the pathogenesis.Through clinical practice,it is found that Jingfang has a significant effect on patients with diabetic nephropathy whose syndrome differentiation belongs to cold-heat mixed type,which can effectively reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.This study mainly discusses the prescription rule,etiology,pathogenesis and clinical application of cold and heat combined with representative prescriptions Wumei Pill,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction and Gualou Qumai Pill,in order to guide syndrome differentiation and rational use of drugs.
