摘要
目的:探讨《杂病源流犀烛·痢疾》的组方用药规律及学术思想。方法:统计《杂病源流犀烛·痢疾》中的方剂,运用中医传承辅助平台(V3.0),对方剂进行组方规律分析。结果:收集到42首方剂,共涉及85味中药,使用频次较高的药物有甘草、黄连、茯苓、陈皮、木香、当归、白术、厚朴,性味以温、平、寒为主,归经以脾胃为主,其次为肺经、心经、肝经、大肠经和肾经。演化得到药物核心组合类方4组。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台(V3.0)揭示了《杂病源流犀烛·痢疾》用药规律,治法多以健脾益气宽中,行气化痰燥湿,兼顾清热、活血为主,体现了沈金鳌论治痢疾的健脾清肠、寒温并用的学术思想,为临床治疗痢疾提供一定依据,同时为临床治疗炎症性肠病(尤其是溃疡性结直肠炎)提供思路借鉴。
Objective:To explore the prescription,medication law and academic thought of Zabing Yuanliu Xizhu·dysentery.Methods:The prescriptions in the origin of miscellaneous diseases rhinoceros candle dysentery were counted and analyzed by using the V3.0 software of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform.Results:42 prescriptions were collected,involving 85 traditional Chinese medicines.The drugs used frequently were licorice,Coptis chinensis,Poria cocos,tangerine peel,wood fragrance,Angelica sinensis,Atractylodes macrocephala and Magnolia officinalis.The nature and taste were mainly warm,flat and cold,the meridians were mainly spleen and stomach,followed by lung meridians,heart meridians,liver meridians,large intestine meridians and kidney meridians.Four groups of drug core combinations were evolved.Conclusion:the medication law of Zabing Yuanliu Xizhu·dysentery in the origin of miscellaneous diseases is revealed through the software of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(V3.0).Most of the treatment methods are mainly to strengthen the spleen,replenish qi,remove phlegm and dry dampness,and give consideration to clearing heat and promoting blood circulation.It reflects Shen Jinao's academic thought of strengthening the spleen,clearin6g intestines and combining cold and temperature in the treatment of dysentery,which provides a certain basis for clinical treatment of dysentery,At the same time,it also provides ideas and reference for the clinical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(especially ulcerative colitis).
