针刺疗法联合穴位推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果及对患者功能与疼痛评分影响

Effect of Acupuncture combined with Acupoint Massage on Lumbar Disc Herniation and its effect on patients’ function and pain score

目的:评价针刺疗法联合穴位推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对患者功能与疼痛评分影响。方法:选取东莞市东城医院中医科2019年7月—2021年7月收治的56例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为参照组与研究组,每组28例。参照组给予针刺疗法,研究组给予针刺疗法联合穴位推拿治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率和治疗前后Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(96.43%,27/28)高于参照组(71.43%,20/28)(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组ODI、VAS评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用针刺疗法联合穴位推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著,减轻腰椎功能障碍,缓解疼痛症状。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on patients’function and pain score.Methods:66 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in the Department of tradi-tional Chinese Medicine,Dongcheng Hospital of Dongguan City from July 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=28)and study group(n=28).The control group was given acupuncture therapy,and the study group was given acupuncture plus acupoint massage.The total effective rate,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)and visual analogue pain(VAS)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group(96.43%,27/28)was higher than that of the control group(71.43%,20/28).After treatment,the scores of ODI and VAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy combined with acupoint massage is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,reducing lumbar dysfunction and relieving pain symptoms.
