华佗五禽戏防治绝经后骨质疏松症腰背痛的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Hua Tuo Wuqian Opera on the Prevention and treatment of low back pain in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

目的:评价在传统抗骨质疏松治疗基础上联合华佗五禽戏防治绝经后骨质疏松症腰背痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例绝经后骨质疏松患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予口服碳酸钙D_(3)片(1200 mg/d),并于治疗开始时静脉滴注唑来膦酸注射液5 mg/次;实验组在对照组基础上增加华佗五禽戏锻炼。分别于治疗前、治疗后6个月和12个月,对视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)和骨密度进行评定。结果:治疗后6个月,两组VAS评分和ODI较治疗前均减少(P<0.05),且实验组ODI显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随访12个月两组VAS评分和ODI较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05),且实验组VAS评分和ODI均低于对照组(P<0.05);经过治疗6个月和12个月两组骨密度均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),两组治疗后12个月骨密度高于治疗后6个月(P<0.05),实验组和对照组骨密度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在传统抗骨质疏松治疗基础上联合华佗五禽戏能够缓解绝经后骨质疏松症腰背痛,提高生活质量,有效安全。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huatuo Wuqian Opera combined with traditional anti-osteoporosis therapy in the prevention and treatment of low back pain in postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:60 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was given oral calcium carbonate D_(3)tablets(1200 mg/d)and intravenous drip of zoledronic acid injection 5 mg/times at the beginning of treatment.The experimental group was given Huatuo Wuqian opera exercise on the basis of the control group.Visual analogue scale(visual analogue score,VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index(oswestry disability index,ODI)and bone mineral density(BMD)were evaluated before treatment,6 months and 12 months after treatment.Results:Six months after treatment,the VAS score and ODI of both groups decreased,and the ODI of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the VAS score and ODI of the two groups continued to decrease after 12 months of follow-up,and the VAS score and ODI of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.After 6 months and 12 months of treatment,the bone mineral density of the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The bone mineral density o the two groups at 12 months after treatment was higher than that at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bone mineral density between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined with Huatuo Wuqian Opera on the basis of traditional anti-osteoporosis therapy can relieve postmenopausal osteoporosis low back pain,improve quality of life,effective and safe.
