马文红自拟伤风散加减治疗小儿急性鼻炎68例临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of 68 cases of infantile Acute rhinitis treated with Ma Wenhong self-made Shangfeng Powder

目的:观察伤风散加减治疗小儿急性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将绵阳市中医医院门诊收治的68例急性鼻炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各34例。对照组以支持和对症治疗为主,采用呋麻滴鼻液治疗;治疗组以马文红主任医师自拟方伤风散加减治疗。治疗7 d后评价两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为94.1%(32/34)、61.8%(21/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;两组均未出现不良反应。结论:伤风散加味治疗小儿急性鼻炎能有效减轻临床症状和体征,缩短病程,降低并发症的发生率,疗效可靠,易为广大患儿及家属接受,临床有可行性。

Objective:To obse rve the clinical efficacy of Shangfeng powder in the treatment of acute rhinitis in children.Methods:68children with acute rhinitis in the outpatient clinic of Mianyang traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into treat-ment group(n=34)and control group(n=34).The control group was mainly treated with supportive and symptomatic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with furosemide nasal drops,while the treatment group was treated with modified Shangfeng powder made by chief physician Ma Wenhong.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated after 7 days of treatment.Results:The ef-fective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 94.1%(32/34)and 61.8%(21/34)respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;there were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Modified Shangfeng Powder can effectively reduce clinical symptoms and signs,shorten the course of disease and reduce the incidence of complications in children with acute rhinitis.The curative effect is reliable and easy to be accepted by children and their families.
