从痰论治多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究进展

多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的内分泌性疾病,其分型以肥胖型最为多见,对育龄期女性的生育功能影响巨大,严重者可导致不孕症。目前临床西医治疗以使用激素类药物为主,不良反应多。中医治疗临床多采用温肾健脾、化痰祛湿类方药,疗效较显著,对身体影响较小,具有显著优势。本文通过对临床使用化痰祛湿方药治疗PCOS合并不孕症的文献进行梳理研究,从病因病机、治疗进展研究两方面进行探讨,拟待为中医药干预PCOS合并不孕症提供参考。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)is the most common endocrine disease in women of childbearing age.Obesity is the most common type,which has a great impact on the reproductive function of women of childbearing age,and serious cases can lead to infertility.At present,the main treatment of clinical western medicine is the use of hormone drugs with serious side effects.The clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine mainly uses the prescriptions of warming the kidney and invigorating the spleen,resolving phlegm and removing dampness,which has a significant effect and has little negative effect on the body.This paper combs and studies the literature of clinical use of phlegm-resolving and dampness-removing prescriptions in the treatment of PCOS complicated with infertility from two aspects of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment progress,in order to provide reference for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in PCOS complicated with infertility.
