中药治疗肝纤维化研究进展

Research Progress of traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of Hepatic Fibrosis

近年来肝纤维化发生率持续上升,对肝脏组织造成了巨大的危害,逐渐受到临床普遍关注。肝纤维化属于一种生理和病理的过程,如果长时间得不到有效治疗,会发展为肝硬化,对肝脏组织造成更严重的损坏。由于其发病机制复杂,目前西医还没有确切治疗方式。从中药学出发,对中药治疗肝纤维化的方式和内容进行研究,结果说明单味药和中药复方对肝纤维化的治疗具有非常显著的效果。

In recent years,the incidence of liver fibrosis continues to rise,which has caused great harm to the liver tissue,and has gradually attracted widespread clinical attention.Liver fibrosis is a physiological and pathological process.If it is not treated effectively for a long time,it will develop into liver cirrhosis and cause more serious damage to liver tissue.Because of its complex pathogenesis,there is no exact treatment in western medicine at present.From the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine,the methods and contents of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver fibrosis were studied.the results show that single medicine and compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine have a very significant effect on the treatment of liver fibrosis.
